Pawan Kumar Jain did his LL.B and LL.M from Delhi University. He joined Delhi Judicial Service on November 2, 1992 and was promoted to Delhi Higher Judicial Service in January 2006. After serving the Delhi District Judiciary for more than three decades, he superannuated on December 31, 2025 from the post of Principal District & Sessions Judge, South West, Dwarka.

During his long career as a Judge, he adjudicated matters across the entire spectrum of law including civil matters (commercial and matrimonial disputes), criminal matters (including cases investigated by special agencies such as CBI, Special Cell etc.).

Being a trained Mediator, he successfully persuaded parties to settle their disputes even in complex matters. He also played a significant role in Administration while working as Chairman (IT & Digitization, Delhi District Court) and Registrar Vigilance, High Court of Delhi.

He assisted the Justice D.K. Jain Committee, constituted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in ISRO Espionage matter under the Chairmanship of HMJ D.K. Jain, a former Judge of Supreme Court of India. After superannuation, he enrolled as an Arbitrator with Delhi International Arbitration Centre and start legal practice including consultancy and mediation.

He authored a book "Supreme Court on Death Penalty" and various articles on different topics. He frequently visits Delhi Judicial Academy to share his views.

Sh. Vinay Kumar Khanna did LL.B from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi in 1988 after graduating in Physics (Hons.) from Hansraj College, University of Delhi. He completed LL.M from Kurukshetra University in 2001.

He joined Delhi Judicial Service in 1992 and was promoted to Delhi Higher Judicial Service in January 2006. With vast judicial experience of more than 32 years, he dealt with all kinds of matters including civil, criminal, landlord and tenant disputes, labour matters, commercial and matrimonial disputes, and cases investigated by special agencies such as CBI.

He served as Incharge Mediation Center Saket, District Judge (Commercial Court), Principal Judge Family Courts, and Principal District & Sessions Judge (North District Rohini), Delhi.

He is not only a Trained Mediator under the aegis of Mediation & Conciliation Project Committee of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India but also became Master Trainer since 2009. He travelled across India imparting training in Mediation to Judicial Officers and advocates. As Judge Incharge Mediation Center at Saket, he assisted settlement of about 1100 disputes/cases.

He is an empanelled Mediator at Supreme Court Mediation Center and an Arbitrator at Delhi International Arbitration Center. He also appears as senior criminal & corporate counsel in Supreme Court, High Court & National Tribunals.

Sanjeev Jain Advocate is former District & Sessions Judge of Delhi with over three decades of experience across civil, criminal, CBI, and family courts. A former Member Secretary of the Delhi State Legal Services Authority, he has played a key role in strengthening human rights protection, legal aid delivery, and access-to-justice mechanisms in Delhi.

He is an accredited Mediator and an experienced Mediation Trainer, actively promoting consensual dispute resolution, counselling, and community justice models. As a Resource Person, he regularly trains judges, lawyers, and law students on ADR, ethics, trial management, and legal aid systems.

Alongside his judicial work, he is also known for his Hindi poetic writing, reflecting themes of justice, society, and human dignity.

Mr. Kawaljeet Arora did his LL.B and LL.M from Delhi University. He joined Delhi Judicial Service on November 2, 1992 and was promoted to Delhi Higher Judicial Service in January 2006. After serving the Delhi District Judiciary for more than three decades, he superannuated on August 31, 2025 from the post of Principal District & Sessions Judge as Judge-in-charge Rouse Avenue Courts.

During his long career as a Judge, he adjudicated matters across all spectrum of law including civil matters (commercial and matrimonial disputes), criminal matters (including cases investigated by special agencies such as CBI, Special Cell etc.).

Being a trained Mediator, he mediated numerous matters successfully and persuaded parties to settle their disputes in complex matters. He played a significant role in Administration as Member Secretary Delhi Legal Aid Service Authority, Registrar Vigilance, and Registrar General, High Court of Delhi.

After superannuation, he enrolled as an Arbitrator with Delhi International Arbitration Centre, High Court of Delhi. He actively practices mediation, consultancy and litigation. He frequently visits Delhi Judicial Academy and other institutions to share his views on various topics.

Mr. Alok Aggarwal joined the Delhi Judicial Service on November 2, 1992 and was promoted to Delhi Higher Judicial Service in January 2006. He superannuated on May 31, 2020. During his career, he dealt with all kinds of matters including Land Acquisition matters, criminal cases investigated by CBI, and civil matters.

He also served as Secretary District Legal Services Authority, Delhi. From December 2015 to April 2020, he was posted as Member Secretary, NALSA and implemented various programmes including:

• Legal aid and services programmes throughout the Country
• Conceptualised and framed policies for quality legal aid including introduction of Legal Aid Defence counsel on the lines of Public Defender System
• Contributed to framing of Preventive and Strategic Intervention schemes for marginalized sections
• Organised several National Lok Adalats enabling settlement of huge number of Court cases

Mr. Alok Aggarwal is a trained and Master Mediator under the aegis of Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee of the Supreme Court of India. He received TOT in mediation and was certified as Master Trainer from CEDR, UK in 2008. He also worked as Additional Director and Director of Delhi Judicial Academy from December 2009 to August 2012.

After superannuation, he worked as Chairman, Delhi Cooperative Tribunal during Nov. 2020 to Nov. 2023 and now actively practices legal consultancy, Arbitration and Mediation.

Raghav Yadav is an Engineer-turned-Legal Practitioner with multidisciplinary expertise spanning technology, business operations, and law. With prior experience in SaaS-based product environments and startup ecosystems, he brings a structured, analytical approach to legal practice.

Rudraksh Jain is a young and an energetic advocate dedicated to securing effective legal relief through a deep understanding of judicial reasoning. Adv. Mohammad Faisal practices before the Delhi High Court and the District Courts, Delhi, with a primary focus on civil litigation including matrimonial and property disputes.
